Shipping Policy
At Geoff & Jeffrey, each item is made-to-order just for you. This approach is not only environmentally friendly by reducing waste, but it also allows us to offer you unique designs that are printed with care. Because of this, our shipping process is a little different from a traditional store.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
After you place an order, our production partner, TPOP, based in France, gets to work. This process includes printing your design onto the product, quality checks, and preparing it for shipment.

Production Time: The average production time is 2 to 4 working days. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or for certain complex items, this time may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Once your item is produced, it is carefully packaged and shipped directly from France to your specified address.

Shipping Method: We use a tracked shipping service for all orders to ensure you can monitor your package's journey.

Packaging: In line with our commitment to sustainability, TPOP uses recycled and recyclable cardboard packaging, completely plastic-free.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Production)
The delivery time depends on your location. Please use the following as a guide for when you can expect your order to arrive after it has been shipped:

Within France: 2-3 working days

European Union: 3-10 working days
Important Note: The times listed above are estimates. While most orders arrive within these windows, please understand that delays can occur due to postal services, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your delivery address. Our pricing is directly tied to the rates provided by our partner TPOP. We always aim to provide the most competitive shipping rates possible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
6. Customs and Import Fees

Within the EU: For orders shipped within the European Union, there are no additional customs fees or import taxes.

Outside the EU: We do not currently focus on shipping outside the EU. If you are located outside the EU and wish to place an order, please contact us first. Please be aware that for any international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer's mistake. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
